The half-wall behind the faucets had water damage and had to be completely replaced. The tub surround was removed and replaced as well as all the fixtures.

The half-wall in this picture had to be completely redone due to water damage. The sink was moved and replaced with a larger vanity. The air vent was relocated to accommodate the new vanity.
